Job Description

“Administration. Model” is a miniature copy of the building of the Odessa city administration, where in January 2014 officials barricaded themselves with concrete blocks — an act symbolizing the authorities’ fear of the people they are obliged to care for. The work embodies the inability to listen and engage in dialogue with citizens.
