Before you start filling out the application, please read the terms and conditions of the application and what information you should prepare before filling it out.
You have 24 hours to complete the application form from the moment you start filling it out. After the time has elapsed, you will need to start filling out the application form again.
To successfully complete and submit the application, you need to prepare the following information:
- Your photo,
- Creative biography up to 1000 characters,
- List of exhibitions and publications (if any) - up to 1000 characters,
- Information about works/projects (at least three works) - title, photo of the work (format: jpeg, gif, png; size - up to 50 MB) and/or a link to a video of the work, description of the work or project, including materials and dimensions of the work.
Please note that the application form must be filled out in Ukrainian and English.
